Metaphorically, the coaching process is similar to interior design sessions for our home. We start in a crowded and uncomfortable space (but with potential), and we figure out how to design the reading corner, the work space, the gym, where to put the windows and door. In this process we also trace the trajectory that moves us between spaces. Sara is the best planner to achieve harmony where I go from A to B, and taking advantage of the light entrances that the windows and door bring to my existence.
