As empresas sentem cada vez mais a necessidade de serem competitivas, \u00e1geis e conhecedoras das tend\u00eancias do mercado. Estamos perante um mercado que se caracteriza por ser exigente, e a necessidade de hoje de um consumidor pode j\u00e1 n\u00e3o existir amanh\u00e3. Este n\u00edvel crescente de exig\u00eancia nas empresas obriga a que as suas estrat\u00e9gias e os seus objetivos tenham de ser claros e bem avaliados.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O dinamismo de mercado atual tem vindo a aumentar as preocupa\u00e7\u00f5es de como respeitar e satisfazer os consumidores, um consumidor cada vez mais informado e perspicaz. No passado, em que a assimetria de informa\u00e7\u00e3o poderia ser utilizada pelas empresas como uma esp\u00e9cie de estrat\u00e9gia de capta\u00e7\u00e3o e reten\u00e7\u00e3o de clientes, incumbindo ignor\u00e2ncia ao consumidor, nos tempos atuais, as empresas transparecem todas as suas estrat\u00e9gias, planos, e o seu m\u00e9todo de a\u00e7\u00e3o, essencialmente, devido ao peso da responsabilidade social sentida nas organiza\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O <em>mindset<\/em> organizacional tem tendencialmente vindo a evoluir o seu m\u00e9todo de abordagem do mercado:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Antes: Cria\u00e7\u00e3o de um produto\/servi\u00e7o -&gt; Procura de clientes que queiram beneficiar da satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o das necessidades associadas ao consumo desse produto\/servi\u00e7o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Atualmente: Avalia\u00e7\u00e3o das necessidades dos consumidores -&gt; Cria\u00e7\u00e3o de produtos\/servi\u00e7os que maximizem a satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o dessas necessidades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A tend\u00eancia na mudan\u00e7a de paradigma, manifesta uma posi\u00e7\u00e3o forte das organiza\u00e7\u00f5es na prioriza\u00e7\u00e3o da satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o das necessidades do cliente.
