Metaphorically, the coaching process is similar to interior design sessions for our home. We start in a crowded and uncomfortable space (but with potential), and we figure out how to design the reading corner, the work space, the gym, where to put the windows and door. In this process we also trace the trajectory that moves us between spaces. We work with different sectors of activity and we have Coaches with the highest ACTP certification from International Coach Federation.

He has coached executives and teams for over 12 years, accompanied several hundred professionals and carried out many company programs, along with a consolidated career in Strategic Communication, Press Relations and Management of Crisis. She was Account Director at Imago and Llorente&Cuenca and more recently Coordinator of Strategic Communication and Crisis Management at AGIF, Agency for Integrated Management of Rural Fires (under the direct supervision of the Prime Minister's Office). with different sectors of activity and we have Coaches with the highest ACTP certification from International Coach Federation.

Ao longo da sua carreira construiu inúmeros programas de comunicação para Clientes, em áreas tão diversas como a neurociência, floresta, sustentabilidade e responsabilidade corporativa social; lançou uma empresa de formação em Coaching acreditada pelo ICF; formou o Departamento de Comunicação e Marketing do Comité Paralímpico de Portugal e lançou o primeiro curso de mindfulness para empresas em Portugal (2012). Mais recentemente, foi responsável pela campanha da República Portuguesa “Portugal Chama”, com 11 ministérios envolvidos e com impacto em Portugal.

É Licenciada em Engenharia Florestal pelo Instituto Superior de Agronomia, com Pós-Graduação em Comunicação Empresarial pela Escola Superior de Comunicação Social, e Pós-Graduação em Responsabilidade Corporativa Empresarial pela Universidade de Barcelona. Tem a Formação ACTP acreditada pelo International Coaching Federation e Formação Profissional CENJOR em jornalismo.
